Some salient points …
Some salient points in the review but way too many inaccuracies and red herrings that show the reviewer isn’t qualified to compare the mic to ‘pro’ mics. The review should stick to the ease of use aspects of the mic for the casual user and not ever mention it being in the same room as ‘pro’ mics. A Neumann u87 this mic is not (not even an AKG C 3000B).

Man.. Amazon doesn’t have it But is somewhat expensive, expect $170+ – $200. I like the features of the preamp and since it’s USB, but instead I’m just gonna get thet MXL .007.

LMAO, this guy is not qualified to be giving reviews, everyone and the mom these days gets a webcam and starts spatting off about something or another that they have no clue about. This mic is a hair above using a regular desk mic for your PC. The word “pro” should never come out of this guys mouth ever again.
A professional microphone even the shittiest one is better than this mic.

Good and …
Good and informative review, good mic, but since the UFO USB Phantom requires almost three times the amount of dollars (~ 170 $) which you’ll need to buy a Samson COU1 (~ 60 $), I think I’m gonna go with the Samson product. To my lay ears, the difference in sound quality seems really marginal.

Plus, I like heavy and bulky shit.
